Got this from http://www.wheelpro.co.uk/spokecalc/ Do not believe me ....... go and look for yourself!!!!!!!

This is a Mavic UST Rim, if you are using nipples longer than 12mm you may need to use shorter lengths. See the help page.

Hub : Hope Pro II rear 135mm
Rim : Mavic XM819

Wheel geometry
Hub diameters : Left = 56Right = 54
Hub offsets :Left = 31.5Right = 20.5
Rim diameter : 536

Sorry, I saw this late. I didn't go through the entire thread so I may duplicate what others have said.

Some rules to remember.

1) It is preferrable to build a MTB wheel 3X

2) Always round the absolute values given by any spoke calculator down by approximately 2mm. Use this 2mm to help you even out the spoke lengths and buy as few different lengths as possible.

3) Never compensate for short spokes with long nipples.

4) Revolution spokes stretch at least 2,5mm during tensioning and other spokes about 2mm. You should thus round down (use shorter spokes) by that amount.

5) When the wheel is finished, you don't want the spokes to poke right through the nipples. You should still be able to use the screw head in the nipple.

OK, by my calculations, the Front wheel spoke lengths (absoloute lengths) are L 259,2 and R 258,1

If we round this down, we can use 257mm both sides.

On the rear wheel it comes to

L 258,4 and 257,6

If we round down cleverly, we also get to 257mm both sides.

In other words, buy exactly one box of Revolutions of 257mm.

This was calculated using a 32-spoke rim as stated and lacing 3X. I've assumed the hubs are the disk version. (funny how the Americans here on the The Hub never call them Rotor Hubs).

Good luck with the Revo build. It is not easy.

I have brand new 266mm and 264mm revolution spokes' date=' bought the wrong lenghts if they'd work on your build.[/quote']

Send me an e-mail with your contact detail, quantity of spokes and price and I'll buy them off you one day when I have such a request.
