So, if you see anything that will hurt cycling in general, then it is up to you to enforce the law. Don't waste your time with small stuff, but major violations should be taken care off. There are ENOUGH a$$holes polluting our roads.....GREAT! I bet you felt glad that 'in principle' you did your bit hey wHooooooop!!Just be careful of poking your nose into things though. Which begs the question, if the car guard saw the guy throw the cigarette, and saw it start a fire, then why didnt he put the flame out? The fires in CT smacked of arson.
