Maybe in a few years...[/quote'] . Ahhh, Thomas and Boom; two guys who do the Dutch stereotype of slick, arrogant bigmouths no good at all!!! The Dutch just hope Thomas can keep his sht together! Personally I think he will flourish at Silence Lotto and I expect a lot of him. Whether his Belgian team will allow him to go for a Belgian crown jewel is of course another matter (maybe that's their way of stopping him) At least in Gesink, Dekker and potentially Mollema, the Dutch have some Tour riders coming up. The Belgian teams better go and sign them up before their own lack of GT contenders gets exposed...

Devolder couldn't handle the pressure last year and was far off a top 3 anyway...I was so happy Boom failed - gotta love the Dutch arrogance - same with their National soccer team - they ALWAYS fail to perform on big events and I love it

I heard he's still riding As for failing to perform at big events, I would keep a bit quiet if I were you. Remember Tommeke's supportive 'team' at the Varrese WK? That team had more primadonnas in it than the Dutch football squad had the last 12 years (and that's a LOT!)

VDB is a legend - in LBL: this is where I'll attack u guys - on race day he left everyone behind on that same spot... MAN did he fukc his career up... Nico Mattan is in charge of his 'new' (read 35th) team - he still gets loads of sponsors on board...

All the talent in the world when they practice their sport (true smaakmakers), but someone you wouldn't leave anywhere near addictive substances or nightclubs!!!!
