Getting back to the original point.

Getting into that car forum opened my eyes some. I have subsequently realised that the only way to solve this problem between motorosist and cyclists, is for us all to get off our high horses, stop making generalised, inflamatory statements and watch out attitudes (rich coming from one who stirred up the pot some with a few of my own gems, but like I said, it is a realisation.)

I just read a few posts in the new home of the migrating motorist forum and it's the same there as well.

Guys, we have to stop this BS and try to resolve our differences by being reasonable and by that I mean not making hostile comments and generalisations.

One bad cyclist does not make us all bad and one bad motorist doesn't make them all bad. This has to be from both sides and we neet to find a way to get the issues into the public eye.

Driver ed and cyclist ed. We are all wrong and we need to look at it differently and most definitely handle it differently. Don't let anger cloud your judgement. 'k?

But like that's just my opinion right?
