The 'elite' age cat to which you are referring is the UCI code (you will see the UCI logo on the cards now).. all Racing Licences are International Licences for 2009. (This age category only reflects on racing licences...btw) Normal age categories apply for domestic (and international) events...

Guest Michelle Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I honestly can't understand why this has been such a mission for MyRace...I developed the system at my company for welcome packs and cards (including mag encoding) - on average we generate 100 to 200 packs a day all year round. If we don'thave a 48 hour turn around time reports are automatically generated so that action can be taken... Maybe something you might want to consider?!?! Also, some sort of online enquiry so that we know where our cards are??? As soon as I'd paid for the licenses all history disappeared from my profile. There are supposed to be emails dispatched at certain points in the process but it's not happening... Surely you must realise why people are getting frustrated???Michelle2009-02-19 10:29:42
MyRace Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Hi Michelle You are correct, except that in this instance it was me who dropped the ball on your requst, not the system. The sponsorship issue has been resolved and a re-print of your cards will be included in tomorrows run. Sorry for the trouble.
