Help ! Pins & Needles in Left foot

Hey there hubbers

I get pins and needles in my left foot after about 25k's on the bike. Then turns into numbness. I basically just ride the rest of the way with that annoying feeling. Been going on for last 2 months.

Had my cleats adjusted and it helped a bit. Get relief if i stand up off the seat however. Thinking of changing the seat, but to what ? Or maybe changing my spd pedals for road pedals or even changing my shoes ?

Any ideas ?

I had the same problem, then realised that the piece of elastic that connects the shoe tongue to the base sat on a nerve or something in my foot. I removed the elastic and problem solved.

Maybe borrow a pair of different shoes for a longish ride and see if it improves
