Delgado Posted February 17, 2007 Share I have over the recent past come to a strong realisation that the authorities will not suceed in bridging the anomosity that exists between cyclists and motorists. The solution lies in each of us to self regulate our beaviour through improved conciousness. Perhaps then we can reach a genial state coexistence.
