What was weird for me was the lack of weight weenie race type there, shaven legs n lycra etc. I know this was a social ride, but arent there any more such people on the hub. I need some riding partners! Maybe they were all out racing?

Danger Dassie Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 that landing was soft. it was the crash when i got off-line in the uphill singletrack that finished me off for the day. not sure what took more of a hit: me or the bike. finally had the strength to unload her now' date=' and she's pretty beaten up. her handlebar is all bent, the chainwheel (which paul did some kalahari panelbeating on) is dead, looks like the crank may be too, the front wheel is badly buckled...
