Ryan Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Ian get either of these for about the same price. What do you guys recommend?
AndreZA Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I voted for the Bianchi because it's an Bianchi and it's got more metal then plastic. .
Ryan Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 Looks like the Bianchi wins quite convincingly.
GreyOwl3.0 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Bianchi are in my opinion the most underrated bike. They are fantastic to ride.
fiasm Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I voted for the Bianchi because it's an Bianchi and it's got more metal then plastic. . ditto
Ryan Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 I like the idea of the Solis. full carbon is appealing. Does anybody here ride one?
hot stuff Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I know 2 who ride them and 1 is a school at the moment u can ask pickles (its her son) and I think PEEZ@ also rides one. Dont know where he is send him a pm.
owen62 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Bianchi are great bikes but you are paying about 5K for the name!!
AndreZA Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I like the idea of the Solis. full carbon is appealing.Does anybody here ride one? a well made Beacon chocolate is still nowhere near a badly made Lindt bar. .
owen62 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 There is a fair chance that they come out of the same factory in Taiwan!
turtlek Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 DUDE dont worry about the choice because there is no competition in this poll!!!! The bianchi Ev3 is one of the most amazing frames ever built and if i could get more than one i would buy all of them you cant compare the two frames becasue as MR mampara says beacon compared to lindt is no competition P.S. do not take anything big ben says literally he hates Bianchi's because he is just jealous that he doesnt have the privelage of riding one
owen62 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 The aluminium frames are made by Hodaka in Taiwan and the carbon by Advance International Multitech in Taiwan
AndreZA Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 The aluminium frames are made by Hodaka in Taiwan and the carbon by Advance International Multitech in Taiwan and this means? If a well known company is willing to put their name on a Taiwanese bike, it must be good enough. .
owen62 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 What this means is that there is a good chance that they both come out of the same factory!!
