I recently got a nasty chip on the red paint of my cervelo P2C fork. It got hammered by another bike while on the bike rack. Does anyone know where I can get touch up paint or get the chip fixed. It is quite deep and looks nasty.

Not the best fix, but I removed scratches from an old frame by buying a small tin of enamel paint from a hobby shop. Their paint comes in different shades, I chose the shade closest to my frame. I simply sanded the scratches and used an airbrush to paint over them. Don't use masking tape as the difference in shade shows immediately, but rather try to mist it in.

At a glance, you cannot see the repair, but closer inspection you can. Paint can be matched by an auto paint supplier. Problem is, they don't supply anything less than 500ml.

The airbrush cost R120 from Makro and it connects to a car tyre for air.
