Braamfontein Spruit Route

Hi,

I'm looking for a good 2-3 hour ride on the braamfontein spruit, any suggestions or ideas for a good route?

start at the Top and ride to the Bottom and back, or the other way round, including the Delta park loop and all the technical stuff at Emarentia

and up albert's farm, out at the top gat and on tar to the watertower att he top. include the short non-tar loopie inside the watertower-property.
