    The plan is to ride the Delta park lines and go up to Emmarentia if time allows and practice on the features, corners and single track. If anyone has anything specific on those sections that they want to work on we will look at it and I will be giving individual advice based on your skill level for your progression.

    One of my new toys. I might be bias but really enjoying the ride on the new Trance. Definitely feels like it has more travel than 115mm at the back but pedals very well, minimal bob if any. I have been using it for a bit of distance and have not been holding back on the fun stuff

    Just got back from the Rookies World Champs in Austria with Beani and a few other youngster Safas, and their parents.     I think the trail builders and world cups should start putting more tight switchbacks in, farmgates on springs don't corner well. 150mm 29er already makes all the grass tufts smooth, for those worried, more travel than that is just silly on a 29er. Warm up for Friday
