got this from a work colleague. can anyone shed any light?

 

Could you perhaps help me with the following:<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I?m trying to find out about a charity cycle tour called Change-A-Life Cycle Tour in aid of a trust set up by, I think, Mike Thomson. The tour apparently is over six days and goes into Zim, <?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Bots, Namon> and Zam.

I need to know when it is this year, where it?s going to be held and what the charity is in aid of.

If you can get back to me asap, it would be greatly appreciated.

well he's putting back into the sport..in a big way. anyone who watched this year's dusi would know all about the good news story. well know he's swapping boats for bikes.

i came across that before jules sent me the link. good for him. in that spirit, i suppose i can say why my colleague was looking for the info. he was doing a story on ashwin willemse doing the tour to raise awaerness. i think it may be in the star tomorrow or the saturday edition. not sure, i don't work for them anymore.

my primary employer is a division of independent newspapers - the company that owns the star - called independent productions. i do a similar job for them except on a national basis. i source, provide and consult on international news content for papers in the group around the country, including those two bigger papers down in the visdorpie.
