I was 2/3 recovered from a bout of flu last year and went for an outride. By the end of the ride I felt worse than ever and it took me months to get my strength back. Dont ride or train if you're sick. It's so bad for you.

Interesting thread as I last year I was suffering constantly from bronchitis, reason, overweight and unfit = bad health.

 

Must say that the combination of flue shot, my chronic antihistamines (help prevent sinus induced nasal drips), energy drinks / vitamins and regular light exercise (daily 12 km commute on the bike) has helped me avoid the flu this year.

 

My wife is sick as a dog and I'm fine for a change. :)
