Intervals on the trainer are not so boring. At least then I've got power numbers to monitor and a specific set of goals. It is die steady rides that kill me. With the computrainer I can ride different cyber routes and set up a PC rider to chase.

But I made a mistake buying the computrainer. I get bored easily, so a trainer with nice graphics like the Trax or Elite would have been a better option. Also, the programmers got the power vs speed numbers badly wrong for the computer rider on the computrainer. I have to almost havle his power on downhills to match my speed vs power ratio.
