road bike size vs mtb

If I ride a medium size mountain bike, will I also ride a medium sized road bike?

Not necessarily.. I ride a small MTB but my road bike is an XS

All depends on yourself and what you feel comfortable on i measure for a 56 road frame and a 19mtb frame

 

 

 

But i ride a 54cm road bike equivalent to a medium in other words and i ride a 17" mtb also about a medium but would rather be on smaller bikes to lower my stack height!!
