Are helmet mounted camera expensive?

I'm keen on getting one, but not if insanely priced!

Depends on the quality youi are after.

 

You can get away with around R3k, but then you are not going to get anything worth watching.

 

However, for around R9k you can get DVD quality like Greg Minnar used on that clip of him doing a downhill.  Can't remember the URl, but if you Google it you'll find it.

I recorded the Epic and Sani2C on this and I get about 5 & half hours of recording on an 8GB sd card. your battery choice is important
