Bicycle Insurance

I am sure this topic may have been addressed previously but am not able to find where.

Who would you recommend as an insurer for your pride and joy?

By this I mean cover for EVERYTHING,  even if someone sneezes on your bike who would be the best in covering it, when you race, ride for training, or when your bike stands in your lounge and they break in and steal it?
