My hand just came out of the cast, so have not been on my bike for 8 weeks, and ate a LOT! So we'll probably end up doing the 8km loop or maybe lapa and back. For what it's worth. Once you go through the gate(remember some form of ID) you carry on towards the stop sign. Go over the stop and up the hill.
