Staminade energy drink during the ride and then USN Vooma gel in between... load up with some energy bars before the ride... and then Hansa after the ride Big%20smile..

Slight carb increase days before the race, PVM energy drink during race with one or two USN energy gels.  Boerewors rol afterwards...sh!t now Im hungry...

Plain, nutritious meal the night before (usually pasta)

Oats for breakfast.

1 x 500ml CytoMax before the race

 

 

During the race:

1 x 500mx CytoMax/Enervit

1 x 500ml water

1/3 to 1/2 a PVM bar

Maybe 1xEnervit or USN gel

 

After:

1 x 500ml USN protein shake
