We have narrowed it down to the Silverback - Phoenix, Merida Matts 60-D and the Matts 100-D. Are these bikes the best bang for our buck in their price range? What are the important features to look at? Any other bike suggestions that might be better will also be looked at. I am so worried we might buy the wrong bike. We don't want to buy something now and then find a few months down the line feel we should have bought something slightly better. Advice please!!

GTfan Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Just my 2c, but I started on an Avalanche AX250 and for R1700.00 at the time I got a pretty good bang for buck.... GT's also got some decent deals..
