Na die GRIEP

Hi

 

Wanneer is dit "veilig" om weer hard te oefen nadat jy griep/brongietis gehad het?Die dokter kon nie vir my n vaste antwoord gee nie.Boon op is ek nogsteeds vrot van die griep en die knysna resies is minder as n maand weg.

 

Enige raad....?????

Ek het so maand terug selfde storie gehad, ons doc het gese - nadat jy weer gesond is, vat 'n rustige trippie uit, as jy voel jy wil dood dan is jy nog nie reg nie, as jy goed voel, ry bietjie harder more, en as jy dan nogsteeds goed voel is jy fine.  Het so gemaak en was terug op die oefen program 3dae nadat ek gesond gevoel het.

I've been sick for over two weeks now! First it was just a head cold but then after i thought i had recovered it just got worse! Family says i should not ride the big race this weekend that only comes round once a year. Missed two races already. Went for a spin now and feeling good. What to do?

I had a chat to of my friends one a GP and the other a specialist who advised me that after a viral infection such as Flu one could be at risk of Myocarditis(Spelling) for up to a further two weeks.  Don't think it is worth it.
