Hi all! I recently heard that my body struggles to digest simple carbs. This is a shock for me because i love anything sweet. Appperently i am alergic to fructose as well. Now the question comes in: How do i do carboloading without the pastas and stuff and what do i eat and drink on the bike?

 

I checked on the net and it showed that pasta is something around 48 on the GI scale which to me is not really a simple carb. Anyway, i am supposed to consume alot of veggies but how much veggies/other sources do i have to eat to get the same calorie intake?
