It seems that this relates most to the for sale section so im not sure if this needs to be moved.

Most people dont seem to know how to post pics on here and its the usual moan in the for sale thread. Its also to help people trying to sell something to generate some interest.

So here how:

Here was two easy ways.

Method 1.

Create an account on one of the online picture shares like -

www.photobucket.com

www.flickr.com

www.imageshack.us

www.tinypic.com

They are all free and only take a minute to sign up.

Once you have an account created then upload the images you are wanting to post to the site.

Open the web page for each image and highlight the URL in the address bar (the http://www.**** bit) the right click on it and choose copy.

Then create your sale ad on here. When you are creating a post there are a few icons above the writing area. Click on the one that has a picture of a tree on it. That will open a dialogue box with http:// in it, just right click in there and choose paste.

That will be one picture inserted into your ad. Just repeat those steps for your other pictures.

If you dont want to insert pictures via the links then make your album public and simply copy and paste the RUL to you album for people to go look.

Method 2:

Im less keen on this one personally but it works pretty well too. The limitation is that it only works with Outlook and certain outlook express versions so its useless to Thunderbird users like me.

Simply open your mail client and then create a new mail message. Click on the instert button(paperclip) and select all of your pictures. It should ask you if you want to resize them, select yes.

Now simply put your email address in the recipient field and send it to yourself. Once the mail has arrived then save the new smaller pics and post those.

The limitation to this is that the files will generally be smaller.

If anyone has anything to add to this then pm me and I will edit the original one.
