Why do you need a PowerTap while racing??? Are you gonna pace yourself up the hills/flats or are you gonna try and stay with the bunch?

Sorry do not know to much about Power.  Don't you need some of those values that you get while racing  for the different training zones?

Nope, all you need a 1x 20mins puke effort and your zones are worked out from there.

Thanks, so are all your zones endurance, threshold worked out from there?  So then you get max and min power zones for all your training?  Where do you get good prices?

Contact Bruce Diesel - he knows. My 2 cents worth is that the guys at Bikemax Power (local agents for Powertap) are awesome
