For example none of my league rides count toward my current seeding. I started league after about 18months and although I'm only in the toppie league (as if that makes a difference) I battle with the constant change of pace with attacks & whatnot. I have a lot of aspects to work on - one on the main areas is my 5 minute power as I have found that is the main difference between group riding & league racing. If you can hang in for 7-8 5 min attacks then at least you won't get dropped - usually.
