Please help Piet with a mtb frame!

I am urgently looking for a reasonably light 17" disc compatible mtb frame for a very keen development  rider, that is going to the SA halfmarathon champs in Harrismith in about 2 weeks. Piet  Xhagwe's current frame is a large  which is much to big for a 14yr old boy. He is a sub-junior rider and was recently chosen for the Border team, to go the SA champs on the 8th of August.

 

Is there anybody out there that can help us with a free frame in a reasonably good condition? We will build over the bike as soon as we get the frame.
