Then i stopped the long distance rides and only been doing shorter training rides for the last few weeks...... (except for the one tonner...but that didnt count....cause it chewed me up and spat me out )

Not sure about the route. wannabe....im up for a saturday ride if you're riding was going to do the chappies ride on saturday.....but this side would be easier (no getting up at 4...loading bike and stuff etc etc)
