Polar IR

Hi there.

 

 

 

Got my Polar in the mail yesterday.

 

 

 

I dont want to spend R350-00 for the IR thing with a polar logo.

 

 

 

I can get a USB IR device for R114, but it isnt Polar.

 

 

 

Dumb Question: Will a other IR device work or must I get the Polar IR?

If you have a 720i or 725 it will work fine.

Yeah, my Polar talks to the IR port on my laptop, any IR will do...
