upgrade from 9 speed to 10 speed

I have 2 bikes and 3 sets of wheels!!, both are setup with 105's, probelm is one is... I have one 9 speed and one 10 speed set up... now this posses a problem when I want to swop wheels from training to racing... what can I do to upgrage the 9-speed to 10-speed or downgrade 10 to 9.... HELP!!! Thanks....

Swop the cassettes.

Well then, you've answered your own question.

 

Get another cassette or 2 and just put whichever one on that you want.

 

ie. 9 speed on the 9speed bike and 10 speed on the 10 speed bike

I would prefer to upgrade one bike to 10 speed so as to avoid cassett changed all together, but not sure as to what needs to be done....

OK, sorry misunderstanding as to what you wanted to do.

 

Just change the shifters. and get a 10 speed cassette and chain. and you're good to go.
