Ride Height on a 140 Talas Rlc

Hi all, I can't get the ride height adjustment to work properly on my Talas, sometimes I can get it to adjust  from 140mm to about 128mm, which doesn't make sense as the fork is supposed to have three settings 140, 120 and 100.

Anyone out there had to deal with this, I'm hoping for a quick fix solution that doesn't involve stripping the fork down.

Hey Blockhouse, you tried the Fox website? Not sure how brave you are but it sounds like you have a bit of creeping going on there with your TALAS. Follow the Fox link below:

Click "SERVICE" on the LHS colum, then click "FORKS" then click "32 TALAS II/ III" then scroll down to the section outlining the TALAS outer tube disassembly.
