Emmerentia area morning road rides

Am new to the area and a keen racing roadie.

Anyone know of groups starting out in this area and surrounding departing 5am ish for training rides?

We ride from the Total garage on Oxford road in Illovo (Thrupps centre), 5am start.  Different routes each day but Wednesday, Thursday and Friday routes come past Emmerentia.

We have a very disciplined (safety wise) group that leaves from Illovo at 5am Tues to Friday. The rides on Wed, Thurs and Friday are all close to Emmarentia.

gilmour, I ride with ICG and leave from home in Emmarentia at around 4:30 a.m. to meet up at Illovo.
