Daft Vader Posted August 19, 2009 Share So I decided that XC is not for me. I wanted a bike that I can ride over longer distances on, but could throw about for Sh1ts and Giggles (hence Shiggle). They look thin and weak.[/quote'] The XC stems aren't too bad, I'm running a 100mm on the Trials bike and it's holding. I think your bars will break before the stem will fail.
