Need to get him to do some cadence training on hi Y-Bike ... actually I got a spare computer so I'm going to fit it to his Y-bike. Any other Hubbers doing it too?

Dragu Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Anybody done the MTB and road? I did it this year and found that i was still feeling strong on the road, actually i think it helped to do the mtb the previous weekend.

I really cannot see how the how the MTB event a week before can affect you negatively for the week after. Like you say, if anything it will help you.
