Is DT Swiss working together with Ritchey??.. I'm riding home the other day and I get a puncture, so I phone my bro-inlaw to see if he can pick me up in his van.. I get home to take the back wheel off and change the tube.. I then see on the inside of the DT Swiss rim, there's a blue Ritchey sticker running on the inside of the rim.. yuslike I am now very confused

It's just the tape. To tell the truth, I removed mine because it was the cause of alot of puntures for me. It was not as bulky as the stock ones that came with the wheels but after a few puntures I refitted the stock ones and not a puncture since. Before someone askes "ho do you know it's the rim tape" I'll answer that you do not normally get long slits on the side of the tube that is against the rim.

Thanks for the info, I also just find it weird that even with tyre liners I got a puncture on the road, and it was on the front part of the tyre

Get rid of the tyre liners. Its probably because of them that you get punctures.

Go for slime?? but then some people say that if you get puncture with slime it just leaks inside your tyres.. umm, tubeless??

On a roadbike you don't use anything. Just get good tyres and keep your eyes open for stuff in the road. When you start getting alot of punctures, it's time to replace tyres.
