You can test it yourself.
get flat road or a climb.

start at a easy pace and increase your speed with a 2km/h at each minute.
when you cant increase your soeed anymore go as hard as you can for as long as you can.
this will more or less give you an ideaof your max.
I clocked 200bmm on a climb chasing a friend.

Ill give it a try, my Polar has showed MAX's of over 210 a couple of times, but I dont believe that for a minute, have done 196 on quite a few rides.
