Even in the days when we mixed our own honey-dextrose-lemon ..... with secret ingredienst it did the same for me. 7grams or 70 grams does not really make a difference on this tired and old body. It does have to taste like something I like to enjoy though. If I am tired and close to retching I do not need something to take me completely over the edge.
Joe Low Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Dog-Vomit wud b a better flavour than the old green one, but if you say you've changed it i'll go check.Eastgate Park Meadows had nothing for months but I see on the other thread that they're stocked again, so will try there.
AndreZA Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 what about bubblegum flavour? Wicks or Chappies? not one of them. That default flavour that you get with buble gum milkshakes.

bored girl Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 If it was me I'd want something that's not too sweet or heavy eg. banana gives me a sort of heavy, thick drink - good for recovery drinks but not for something ont he bike. Same with coffee or chocolate - wouldn't want to water that taste down. Also however much I love real cherries, cherry flavor is something else....if it's something like in the Dr.Pepper drink it's ok...otherwise it's a bit fake. It is also very easy to stuff up flavors. Stick to something that won't disappoint people like orange/lemon, can't really stuff that up now can you?
