Being in the medical field, i get a lot of friends asking me advice when they have cycling related injuries and what they should do.

In recent days I have had 2 chaps with an identical problem. They get a nerve related pain that originates between the testes and anus, and it then moves down the 1 leg. It sometimes gets so bad that they cant sit and the leg feels lame.

Are there other persons with a similar problem and what did you? They have changed saddles and stopped for a while, but it always returns. A neurologist mentioned that you can get permanent damage and then "jakop regop" will never be the same.

If you ask the rep of Specialized he wil show you a dvd that was made on the oxygen levels distributing through the penile artery.(The vane that tuns between your legs and under the testees) after 2min on a normal sadle the test subject O2 saturation was only 5%(lack of blood flow). The body Geometry saddle from specialized showed 77% sats after 2 min. I have changed my sadle and it is heaven. feels I'm on a Lazyboy.

If you do not have the O2 sats in that area you WILL develope serious problems. (I recomend the BG saddles)
