Agree. Lab tests have shown that in engineering terms' date=' Pinarello frames are not as good as the best frames in terms of stiffness, mass & comfort. They are fairly good, but the price is not for superior engineering.    

you will be surprised how many people will buy it.

As with cars, some folks always need to have a more expensive bike than his buddy, but it must be obvious from far away. The Dogma can do this better than a matt black Stork frame. In a capitalist society, more expensive=better could sell, if marketed right. With those overly obvious bends in the frame & price tag, this is just the thing for posers

That is a beautiful bike. [Quite] a bit out of my price [and performance] league. But still beautiful. Pretty much like any performance car (Zonda / Ferrari / Lamborghini / Porche etc). Those cars are beautiful as well.

 

My inabilities does not mean I have the right to belittle those who can afford / use such bicycles / cars.
