We are introducing some changes to our traditional format and we look forward to gettiing your feedback on this.Details of the pre-ride are as follows:Cost: R100 pp per dayStart time: 7:30 SHARP (please register before 7:15)Venue: York Sports Grounds (just past Merry Pebbles)Distances: 78km, 80km and 55km If I didn't have a wedding to attend on Saturday I would've been there for the pre-rides. NotSoBigBen Posted November 1, 2009 Share Wow that was 3 great days of riding. Friday was really tough with the rain and mud. Yesterday and today was fine though. For the first time in our 5 years of going there I rode a hard tail (only Sat and Sun). Was cool, man that FLX climbs like a mountain goat! cat-i Posted November 1, 2009 Share what a ride! only managed to get away from work early friday afternoon, so only did saturday and sunday. WAS SPECTACULAR. an .... SO much more enjoyable than the race .... time to stop and take pictures of a waterfall, or cheer someone on over a technical piece, or bomb doen (or up!) a singletrack ... the preride is already on my calendar for next year Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
