Hey

 

Was wondering if anyone has done any good MTB courses in Cape town, having just started out I pretty much sux when it comes to falling (and yes I fall all the time) I would prefer to do a beginners course to get the basics then if I need something more advanced I can look at that.

 

Any suggestions will be appreciated
