I am a Cyclist, I want to help others who are in Old Age Homes who are(without family, suffering, without income).

 

I use what I have available to do any advertising, (my bicycle, newspaper, magazine, radio, Tv, Internet, twitter, facebook and cellphone).

Golden Games Western Cape, Provicial sports for Seniors was held over the 24th & 25th of September 2009 in Paarl. I was asked to represent the Seniors and Elderly in a sporting capacity.

I was even presented with my own medal.

Arrived back in Cape Town on Monday the 6th of July 2009. After having cycled from Cape Town to Knysna in 24Hours ( My time was 27hours) and returning again in 24Hours ( My time was 25hours).

Not yet, I have send out messages. I am waiting for replys.

Please help by bumping this post, spreading the word to other people, to cyclists, the more awareness will help the Elderly and help me to help the Elderly.

Accident in Cape Town, one week before the Knysna Tour. A hubber ( Bionic Man ) offered me a set of wheels to use for the race.
