2) Suitable for what levels ..kids and unfit wives depends, the singletrack at the start may catch some folk out.

3) What type of facilities is there can you buy food ?can you braai there? there is a great restaurant there. you can buy picnic baskets and chillon the lawn 

4) Do you have to book to ride there? nope
