Yes camel back killed me ride one thats why I moved the bladder to a frame bag in frame. See the two one litter bottles here attached with wolf tooth system. Tested it on serious corrugation in Tankwa - just add cable-ties.

Hydration I find is the biggest issue for me. I did two 250km + solo rides through the Ceder Mountains and Tankwa, both times dehydration caused me to abandon the planned 350km ride. First ride I took 2 bottles and a camelback, second time I had 5.70liters of water, 2 special large 950ml and 1 750ml and a 3l bladder in a frame bag. This should be enough taking in account distance between water points even if I loose bottles or experience excessive heat - I just don't want to ever run out of water is what I learned on the two rides.

Can anybody introduce me to a women specific club in Cape Town for mountain biking, I read about such a club in Cape Town but lost the article and have a lady friend thats interested.

After many bad experiences related to bike mantenance with this company I am compelled to use this forum to call them to attention. I will focus however on the most recent experience which tipped me over the edge. My teammate and I each bought the service package for the sani2c at a R999 a piece. We were sold the fact that we will get prefered treatment, spares, bike wash, minor service (not sure what it entails and wish to be enlightened) and lube. The reality after we paid was quite the opposite as we waited 6 hours to have bikes washed and got lip after we complained after asking nicely up to then, we had to wat hours for service as walk ins received all the attention - so no prefered treatment. Request for repairs were not atheared to as same problems persisted into day 3. Our number boards we found in a dustbin 20 min before start of day 3. I can go on and on you get the point. I take my hat of to the mecanics that work themselves to death but the managers should manage their service to what they promissed the clients.

What time can you start at van gaalens, we intend to start at 6am and where can we get the route or is it well marked. Thanks
