Mrs Wolverine has just passed an accident scene near the quarry, male cyclist down, ambulance on the scene, no apparent vehicle involvement (unless hit n run).

I believe those accidents should have been prevented. If only people are more aware of using safety gears it might have been prevented. I think educating people with the proper use of these things will help save more lives.
