pretty common, just flip your current one over. My EA50 has symmetrical logos for this purpose.

EDIT : Then get a stem with more of an angle to it, and flip that over Wink

All stems can be flipped over. +10? becomes -10?. The only problem is cosmetic: the graphics may end up upside down. A lot of stems, however, have graphics that are the same either way round.

it already slopes down !! turn it around and you'll see it slope up. You want one that slopes down even more. Guys use them on track bikes.

Most headtubes have an angle of around 73?, so you'd need a 17? stem flipped over for it to be parallel to the ground.

 

I don't think I've ever seen a road stem with an angle greater than 17?, so you may be out of luck.
