sorry hubbers i had a tech problem. What i meant was, have any of you guys purchased the cyclo-core programs or dvds off the net and if so would you recommend it?

I bought one a couple of years bak.

I think it is a good progam and worth the $100 odd.

 

But like most things you will only get the best out of it if you use it, often.

 

Nutritional CD worth listening to 1 a year.

Streaching progam after every rid if you can manage the 12 odd minutes, and then there are other core and spinning routines.

So you will need a yoga mat and an in door trainer to get anything out of the program.
