BB - How do I remove this?

Hi guys/gals

 

 

 

I have, according to my bike specs, a semi-cartridge bottom bracket.

 

I want to remove it, but don't know what tool to use. Parktool doesn't seem to cover this kind of BB.

 

 

 

Also, how do I remove the peg in the middle? The one that connects to the cranks? With a hammer?

a hammer would work - probably will break the frame tho the peg is called the axle...

?You only need two tools in life, Duct Tape and WD-40. If it?s not stuck and it?s supposed to be, Duct Tape it. If it?s stuck and it?s not supposed to be, WD-40 it.?

A tool like the one Brussel posted is what you need. I'm not entirely sure what a sem-cartridge BB is, but from the looks of things, you'll remove it in the same way as a cartridge BB:
