All welcome. Please don't organise mass cycle; rather in January (20th; 21st or 22nd) when Old Mutual will be holding a Memorial Service, details to follow. Once again many thanks for all the prayers and support.

This could be any one of us - think of the days that you were in the same situation -20 kout of town on a taining run sun shining everything is perfect and wHAM - youre a goner!!
