A five month old Jack Russel cross hid in the car engine and travelled 60 km in the engine compartment.... still alive..... but imagine the trauma!!!!!

There is a poll running on the Beeld website as well whether fireworks should be banned. Currently it shows that 69% of people with 1996 votes would like fireworks banned.

 

My suspicion is that it will not be banned as the people importing it illegally...... as we saw the Indian guy in Atteridgeville on TV who got caught....... are bribing the right officials to close a eye. I also suspect the guy in Atteridgeville did not pay his promised bribe..... that is why he was split.

 

Maybe here is a case for some sort of probing investigative journalism!!!!!!!!

Fireworks should be banned,the stuff you can buy are no longer what they were 20 years back.

 

Some of the crackers are as powerful as the old donderbuis used by SAP and SADF.
